Secret Sauce Productions was tasked with coordinating and producing the Sasquatch Brewfest for about 30 breweries. Not only were there a million moving parts logistically (shipping of kegs, jockey box coordination, tents, tables, ice), but obstacles to organize with the OLCC laws and city permitting to throw such an event.
